Things to do in St George: Visit the Unfinished Church, relax at Tabacco Beach, enjoy a nice lunch at the White Horse Tavern.
Pictures below include St Peter's Church, the oldest Anglican church in continuous use in the western hemisphere ; the alter dates back to the early 1600s, and the chalice is from circa 1625.
The sunken ship in the photo set is the Typhon, a cargo ship which was carrying a load of Gypsum when it crashed into the reef in the 1920's.
The hotel is the old Club Med, which closed several years back, many companies have expressed interest in buying and rehabbing the property - but plans are not clear at this point.
