GOOD SPORTS' LEGENDS OF THE BALL EVENT AT THE ROXY! Good Sports will host its annual Legends of the Ball event recognizing several New England athletes, sports personalities and businesses. Good Sports' mission is to increase youth participation in sports, fitness and recreation by making equipment accessible to disadvantaged and disabled youth throughout Massachusetts. New England Patriot Matt Light is among this year's honorees. Honorary Chair Mayor Menino and the New England sports community will help Good Sports celebrate over $1 million of athletic equipment provided to area schools, community centers and leagues in the past year. Good Sports Legends of the Ball will also feature silent and live auctions for sought-after New England sports memorabilia and one of kind experiences. Music will be performed by Vertical Horizon, Stroke 9, The Charms and Kimberly Dahme and Glen Burtnik. Individual tix are $75-$250; visit web site or call for details and packages.
