I ordered a pizza, was told it would be 20 minutes, came back 30 minutes later, the pizza was not ready. In fact, the person who took my order, as it turned out, did not put the order into the kitchen. When I voiced my concern, I was rudely told to leave if I did not like the way things were being run.
