Carmen is in the running for my favorite restaurant in the North End. Although some dishes may miss the mark, the overall experience, one marked with ever-changing menus, swell wait staff, and pretty darned romantic ambience (not to mention reasonable prices), is one that hits the spot time and time again. - GJWhite, 11/09/2004
