we had a reservation and arrived a little early...the hostess was very rude and said there was NO reservation..we explained that we had the concierge at our hotel make the reservation the day before...she did not believe us and then preceded to be very rude. she told us that we would have to wait about 1/2 hour...we waited 45 minutes and then my daughter went to see how much long it would take...at this point the hostess started to yell at her and cause a scene...it was awful... we decided she was just going to continue to ignore us so we left...i have no idea about the food but the treatment was appalling! - anonymous, 07/29/2003
