Went to Grill 23 on Friday night. I found this restaurant to be over-rated and over-priced. The service was slow, food only OK. My mother-in-law had to ask for her scotch on the rocks 3 times before it came. There are only 2 restrooms stalls in the restaurant on the main floor and we had to wait in line! Also, as hot and muggy as it was outside, it felt like the heat was on inside and the temperature was extremely hot and uncomfortable.
