We went to Hurricane O'Reilys last Friday night for appetizers and a couple of cocktails before a show at the Fleet Center. The table was filthy...sticky. The service was so slow. A very nice waitress kept claiming to be the only one on however we saw many other waitresses working. Cold nachos and warm white wine. I would have let it all slide because we had a great night anyway. However, we waited so long for the waitress to swipe our credit card and bring us the slip to sign that we signed quickly and ran out and didn't notice she didn't give us the card back. I called the following day and they said it was there...my husband drove to Boston on Sunday but even though there's a big sign saying they were open EVERY day at noontime...the place was closed. I got no answer on their phone even though their phone message said they are open EVERY day. We found out that they are not open every day and would not be open again until
Thursday....almost a full week without our credit card or access to it, not trusting that they put it away for safe keeping. TERRIBLE customer service. I won't go back except to get my card. - Julia, 09/13/2006
