L'Osteria is my favorite restaurant in the North End, and among my top five in the Boston area! The food is consistently wonderful and fresh, the atmosphere and staff loving and attentive, the evening always special. Call early for an upstairs table. I recommend heartily the lasagna, or any of several tremendous veal specials. The house red is flavorful and not overbearing, and pairs well with marinara. - Ian, 08/21/2004
