We ate at Saraceno's in October '07. It was raining. They took us downstairs where I slipped on the white tile and fell. Someone helped me up. We ordered 2 Caesar's and a glass of wine each. They served ordinary French bread with butter pats--ugh. The salads were ok--$17.00 for two. The bill was $37, meaning each glass of what we assume was just "house" wine was $10. They spread sawdust on the floor AFTER I fell. Evidently people have fallen before. I wrote to the restaurant after we got home. The owner sent me a check for $50. That was nice. - Diane, 12/13/2007

I was raised Italian - eat it several times a week. I've eaten countless meals on the hill in St. Louis. And I love several places in Little Italy in NYC. This is by far the worst restaurant at which I have ever dined. The food was adequate and the server we had was the snootiest person on Earth! Stay as far away as you can.
