Fantastic people: like neing in your own living room. Juke box is one of the best in the city and drink prices are phenomenal. Make sure to visit during Bears games, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mardi Gras, and St. Pat's: all of these events feature a no-cover party with free food and door prizes (except Bears Games). These prizes aren't cheap, either. We used to live down the street and can attest that it is at the top of the list of places that we will miss about Chicago. Going back is like visiting a familiar and comfortable friend- a place that one would always be welcomed once you become a friend to them. Just try and stay away long enough for them to forget your names! It can't happen. To Jimmy, Annie, Maryanne, Jan and everyone else, never close this place.
