CHICAGO AFROBEAT PROJECT CELEBRATES LONG-AWAITED CD RELEASE WITH TWO CELEBRATIONS AT MARTYRS': NOVEMBER 12, 2005 Special Guests to Include Morikeba Kouyate, Fareed Haque, Howard Levy, Zack Brock, DJ Kennedy Octane and 'LiveArt'. Portion of proceeds to help Journalists Against AIDS Nigeria (JAAIDS). The first performance, an all-ages event, will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will feature one very long set from CAbP with special guests and dancers. The 21+ evening show will begin at 9:00 p.m. with live DJs spinning afrobeat until 10 p.m. After the DJs, CAbP will hit the stage for the first of two sets and will perform with special guests. Martyrs' serves an amazing brunch on sundays from 10-3. Live music every night of the week, serving dinner until midnight, one o'clock on Saturdays. One of the best sound systems in the city. Plenty of free parking and close to el stop. Sunday nights feature jazz starting at 8:30 pm.
