This Midwest and East Coast franchise boasts healthy Americanized Middle Eastern cuisine. This Chicago location, opened in May of 2003, is no exception. The waitstaff is prepared to answer questions regarding the lengthy menu. Standard options such as falafel, hummus, and chicken shawirma are available. Also available are traditional ingredients in wraps, salads, and 'pitzas' such as Farrouk's Falaffel Pitza which is pita topped with tahini sauce, falafel chunks, diced tomatoes, yellow pepper, and chopped parsley.
