This cozy Italian spot is an escape from the surrounding hustle and bustle. Start your meal with complimentary bruschetta. Menu items include mostly pasta dishes and enormous-sized house specialties. This is possibly one of the best finds in Chicago. Basil Leaf has a cozy feel to it. The service is fantastic and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. On the nights that they are serving the tiramisu you'll be luck to get a piece and thankful that you did. Prices are very reasonable. - Brett P, 09/13/2005
