Nice cafe and ice cream shop with the occasional live perfomance; sandwiches ($4.75) include turkey and swiss and ham and cheese. Coffee is roasted on site; shakes, cones, and a variety of dessert items are offered. Outdoor seating during warmer months. - wm, 08/08/2004

Hey really great coffee shop with awsome coffee and food. Nice people who are polite and kind. Good service and nice atmosphere. NOT AT ALL like the 2 reviews above. Very accepting of all types people. P.S. Perhaps if you called Cellie by her correct name (Cell-e) and stoped bashing coffee houses on the web like a 13 year old, you just might get some better service. - mai, 05/13/2008

Come here almost 5 times a week for the past 3 months...just like all the other customers.....I have noticed that I get bad service along with other people who dont look like the customers they want....They want the White Yuppie type...not the normal Chicago native of 27 years who



went to grammer school 2 blocks away from there and lived in the same house 4 blocks from there. I am not sure if the young ladie who does this is part owner (sally? I think her name is) but she got some nerve treating people like this...I have left her a dollar tip for about 2 months and tried to chit chat like everyone else and still cant get on her good side....unlike the other people that she scares off...I need to use their free internet..but believe me I am out of here when I find another coffee shop - Ronny, 12/11/2007
