Run by the same folks as Inspiration Caf, homeless individuals observe and assist food service professionals as they work toward certification and a start on a new life. Day-starters include baked goods, fresh coffee, and omelettes. Lunch includes flavorful sandwiches and more, and dinner features entrees such as chicken roulade and wild rice.
