Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinders is one of my favorite places to eat in the entire city. The wait can be long and sometimes frustrating because there isn't a concrete waiting list but it's worth the wait. The salad - especially the poppy seed dressing (which you can now buy) is the best salad dressing I have ever had and the Sicilian bread (recommend: wheat) is supurb! This little restaurant yeilded the greatest eating experience of my life. The service was great, the food was unique and tasty and the ambience (although crowded)was romantic. The Pizza Pot pie is filled with cheese and sauce and meat and the Bread was fabulous, the dressings on the salad-yum-try the poppy seed. My boyfriend and I went to the Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder for our six month anniversary. The food was excellent and the setting and atmosphere was just so romantic and awesome!
