Been going to Colletti's for years and was a satisfied customer. However, the last two times we dined there, the service was so very slow. Tonight we waited 90 minutes from the time we were seated until our food was finally served. I had salmon which was good but the sauce was way too salty. Everyone in my group complained about how salty everything was. And the noise level was awful. I couldn't carry on a conversation with the person across the table. I have just attended Colletti's restaurant and enjoyed every aspect of this place. First of all, the wait staff was great and very friendly. The food that we ordered was a very fine italian cruisine and we plan on visiting Colletti's restaurant again sometime very soon. - Dan B, 07/21/2006

The menu is diverse and the food is good. Their ribs and pizza are exceptional. Service is fair, especially over the phone. More attention to the staff would be helpful. Maybe the managment needs some training as well. - diner December 02, 01/03/2003
