This elegant Greektown spot boasts a traditional menu of kabobs, chops, fresh fish, and Greek specialties. Piano music five days a week and a Mediterranean setting enhance the dining experience. Open daily for lunch and dinner. - Alotta, 02/17/2005

Costa's features fresh fish and regional Greek and Mediterranean specialties, live music Fri and Sat. Greek specialties include Patichio ($12), Dolmades ($12), and braised lamb ($16). Reservations accepted; just minutes from the United Center. - wm, 06/05/2006

this was my mother's favorite place to get rack of lamb (damn was it good) so we went a lot. it was cute inside and we'd always get this one old man greek waiter who ws really nice. also had a nice work christmas lunch here once. SO SAD that it burned to the ground. what are they going to put in its place? - jms, 07/02/2011

This has been the worst restaurant experience that I had in a restaurant. We went to celebrate Easter. The service was extremely poor. The server was untrained. He poured a glass of wine on my husband head; he ruined his suit, my brother

in law shirt and my blouse. The table was splashed with wine. We were just starting our lunch. The manager ignored us, he sent the bill and we never received an apology. They left the food plates on the table although they all were splashed with wine. My family treated the situation with grace. We paid the bill and left. Overall the food is not worth anything in that place. There are plenty of other Greek restaurants in the area with better food and service. Expect rudeness and bad service.

Costa's caters to the older crowd - a more refined and formal dining experience. The house specialty is seafood - the dishes we sampled were excellent. Dinner for two with drinks will run about $45. - js999, 06/01/2006
