Cold entrees ($7-19) include Tuna for Two (maki, poki, sashimi with ginger, wasabi, pickled diakon), duck prosciutto (orange dressed frissee, chopped liguarian olives, olive oil), lobster ceviche, seared beef salad, Crab Napolean, salmon tartare, frissee and smoked cheddar salad, peppered venison carpaccio, and various salads.
