El Pacifico has the best Burritos in Chicago. Very spicy complimentary salsa starts the meal. Be careful, its very hot!!! Good size pitcher of margaritas for only $21. Thats a steal in Chicago. Also open late which is nice for late night burrito and margaritas. - P. Bernhart, 08/31/2005
