Menu includes about a dozen different types of omeletes: Italian, Polish, and Mexican varieties are featured. Hash browns are made from sweet potatos - a very interesting twist on the starchy side item. Other menu options include Big Waffle, pancakes, and simple eggs. My husband and I come here for breakfast at least once a month since Hashbrowns opened. We haven't had a bad meal or poor service once and we're pretty fussy about our food. I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of the sweet potato hashbrowns but that's simply personal taste. When the place is busy (which it often is) the tables can seem a little cramped, but otherwise I'd highly recommend it. - Amy, 04/18/2008
