A simply decorated dining room provides the backdrop for standard Japanese cuisine. Menu items include noodles, tempura, an array of maki, and a small nigiri selection. Cold green-tea noodles with shredded nori and a dipping sauce of wasabi, soy and scallion is a good appetizer.
