Opened in June of 2003, Donatella De Vette's restaurant features favorite authentic Italian dishes as prepared by her and her mother. An open kitchen and handwritten board of daily specials lend a rustic air. Menu items include pizza made the Italian way, with cracker-thin crust and no tomato sauce. Other offerings include minestrone loaded with cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli, and handmade spinach pasta sheets wrapped around provolone and ham, and seasoned with butter and sage.
