Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Though standard fare is always available, creative fare is kept up to date with the latest in Mexican cuisine. House specialties include grilled plantain topped with a choice of meat, and tiny crepes filled with tender chicken chunks and topped with a chipotle-based sauce. Formerly called El Tapatio and located across the street, this trendy, lively updated version features a tapas-like menu. Items include charbroiled portobello mushroom marinated with peppers and served with caramelized onions on the side. Chihuahua cheese and poblano pepper tamales are served with salsa verde.
