My wife and I noticed this restaurant in the Reader and finally got around to checking it out this last Saturday. We arrived around 8:15. No Waiting! What a great place. The decor was very pretty, exposed brick walls, big graphics, window frames hanging from the ceiling. And the food was terrific. My wife had the French Toast with bananas, I had the Vegan Epiphany and her sister had the fruit crepes. The next day we went back for brunch and we had a wonderful time again. Now we want to go back for lunch although we'll probably have to wait for a table. I told Mr. Aviles
that there are a couple of empty storefronts up where we live (around Loyola) in case they want to expand(!) and he said that right now they're just working on this one. Oh well. This place is just so nice. And pretty soon Andersonville will stretch all the way to Devon! - Van D, 10/13/2005
