What a disappointment Nonno Pino is! I drove back to my old neighborhood and suggested to my friends we celebrate a special occasion there. All was well, until the end of the meal. We asked the waitress if it was possible to put part of the bill on a credit card. She explained a policy, which we didn't understand, so we asked if $40 would go on the credit card in order to clarify. She snapped "Fine!", and stormed off in a huff. When she returned, we explained we were just asking for clarification, not criticizing her, and she got upset again, repeating "That's fine, that's fine, whatever". I informed the manager, who offered us a complimentary drink, but our experience was too soured to stay. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Nonno Pino's again - and I'm embarassed for suggesting it to my friends! - Jennifer, 07/01/2007
