Located behind Symphony Center, this lovely glass-enclosed spot combines French and American components to create appetizers such as crab cake wrapped in thinly sliced potato atop a bed of celery root, walnuts, and heirloom apples. Entrees include beef tenderloin with roasted Brussels sprouts and potatoes, and frog legs wrapped in pancetta with Jerusalem artichoke puree, lentils, potatoes, and parsley sauce. A less formal lunch menu is more American-inspired, with sandwiches, pastas, salads, and burgers.
