Hi folks, It's been years since I've been to "Grunts" and I'm so glad I came in with my family on Sunday. I grew up in Chicago, where I lived for 22 years, but currently reside in Elk Grove Village, IL. I'm writing because I wondered if you could give me the recipe for your lemon potatoe salad? The city's first Lettuce Entertain You restaurant has been going strong since 1971. Menu items (average $8) include a salad bar, a concept they claim to have invented, and customary favorites from the Gruntburger topped with fried onions and blue cheese dressing to vegetarian dishes.
