Feast on Hawaiian fusion cuisine dreamed up by Roy Yamaguchi of "Iron Chef" fame. A bustling atmosphere boasts cinnamon-colored walls, matching stained tables, and an exhibition kitchen where you can watch your meal being prepared. Appetizers include butterfish, and lobster dumplings accompanied by an emulsion of foamed white truffle. Entrees include mahi-mahi crusted with lemongrass and served with Thai basil peanut sauce, and braised homey-mustard beef short ribs served with poi. for several years now. I was first introduced to your restaurant on the Island of Oahu and Maui; then, I was fortunate enough to visit your restaurant in New York. I purchased your cook book and gave a few as gifts. I've been promoting your restaurant to all my co-workers here at the Exchange. Your food is simply AWESOME! In fact, I'd like to suggest that Roy's should hit the TOP 5 List of restaurants!!! Please know that I wish you great success here in Chicago and also know that I will personally frequent your restaurant as often as I can. I hope this message finds Roy (himself) and/or a restaurant Manager because I want you to know what an impression you've made on me!!
