A well-rounded menu features soups, salads, cold appetizers, a la carte sushi items, rice dishes, and noodle dishes. Most entrees are in the $16-$18 range and include sushi dishes, teriyaki, and yose-nabe. A nine-ounce Australian lobster tail cooked with green onion, ginger, and jalapeno is $49, and a several-course Chef's Choice meal is $65. This is the best sushi traditional sushi in the city. The dragon roll, oyster shooters,
