This double-storefront restaurant with exposed brick walls exudes a friendly, cheerful ambience to its neighborhood clientele. Appetizers include grilled polenta in a garlic sauce with sweet peppers and sausage, and crispy thin-crust pizzas. Entrees include dishes such as linguine sauteed in spicy pomodoro sauce with sea scallops, shrimp and mussels for $18, and pork chops stuffed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and parmesan cheese, oven-baked and served with a sweet and dry marsala sauce for $24. Italian wine list available; desserts include traditional Italian favorites and daily specials. Loved this place! a bit close on the table spacing but the food was perfectly prepared - shrimp appetizer, tilapia special entree and my boyfriend had the veal chop. Service was good. - Penelope, 11/29/2001
