This small Chinatown restaurant serves dim sum and nothing else until 4 pm. Instead of already prepared items on a cart, food is made to order and consistently delicious. Diners fill out a user-friendly order form that includes a steamed pork-stuffed bean curd roll, an array of rice noodle cakes, and shark fin dumplings. After 4 pm, dim sum is replaced by a menu including attractively presented jumbo shrimp in a tomato-lemongrass sauce, and pig intestines. - Alotta, 02/14/2005
