Great spot for a quick lunch in the loop. Recommended: the Spicy Chicken ($5). Get there early - when the food is freshly cooked. Enter on Quincy for easy in/out. - wm, 10/01/2003

The Silk Road is the longest restaurant in the world. I had the Kung Pao and it tasted like American Chop Suey; not very good. The space looks vintage 1982. - Dennis, 07/01/2011
