I don't think I've ever written a recommendation, but feel compelled to write on behalf of Soprano's. Have had everything on the menu over the past 3 years, and it is only surpassed by the always warm service. We had moved away for 9 months, and Georgia remembered us our first time back. Wife loves the apple salad, and I usually can't decide amongst all the great pastas. The drinks are great, one is never rushed, and it is truly a 4 star evening at a reasonable price. My family just threw a bridal shower for 30 ladies in Soprano’s private room. What a wonderful experience and a terrific meal! The owner, Georgia, was so personable and accommodating all the way from the planning stages through the sign-off on the final bill. She and her staff were 5-star professionals in every way...the food tasted



great and was served hot, the staff gave us the utmost attentive service, the room was set up beautifully. Never an empty glass, seamless service between courses, and sincere smiles from everyone. Our menu items included bruschetta and calamari apps, bountiful mixed salad, Chicken Marsala and Salmon Vesuvio entrees, and melt-in-your mouth tiramisu. The fact that the servings were generous isn't what made the meal terrific, it was simply that the food was prepared well. Georgia and her staff take ownership of their commitment to quality food and good service and I would highly recommend hosting any type of private party at Soprano’s. - Valerie, 08/20/2001
