A contemporary menu, priced from $5 - $10 or so, includes several varieties of eggs Benedict: traditional, veggie, crabby, and steak. Pancake varieties include lemon poppy seed, banana pecan, strawberry, and blueberry. French toast orgy: fruit-filled French toast with yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, and honey. Omelettes include vegetarian, three cheese, Tijuana, and tomato and prosciutto. Lunch items include sandwiches, crepes, and salads. Full service bar. Arguably the best breakfast and lunch food around, Toast's waiting line is almost part of its decor. Menu items include gigantic portions of cheese-and-veggie omelets, two-fisted sandwiches including several wraps, and the signature French toast stuffed with mascarpone cheese or strawberry puree. This place is incredible! The stuffed french toast is delish! The goat cheese and spinach omelette is fantastic...I also love that this restaurant is child friendly, plus the little ones will love the food, too! Breakfast until 3:30?...even better. - Tara, 02/11/2007
My favorite place in Chicago! I absolutely love it here. The french toast orgy is definately one of my favorites. Omeletes are big enough to share. Order many different items and have a buffet. You will love it all. - karen, 05/09/2005
