Detail for T-Spot : Restaurant, Japanese / Sushi

A stylish European vibe paves the way to a full menu of sushi. Items include Chicago Fire maki which is tempura surrounded by avacado and touched with chili sauce, and a tartare dish that allows diners to pick the fish and marinade. The 'T' in the name stands for tea-the restaurant features a long list of infused varieties, ranging from typical offerings to more expensive custom blends. BYOB for now. T-Spot Sushi is open for lunch and dinner Mon-Sat. - Alotta, 04/21/2006
Pretty good sushi. WAY overpriced signature rolls. $10 corkage fee sours my opinion of this place. - stoney, 06/27/2006
Atmospher is great (romantic lighting, table near big window, cute furnishings)... although too many tables and tables are too small for sushi plate, pot of tea, cups, etc. Not enough tea selection. Sushi was good, but a little pricey. Parking was a little difficult on weekends. They need to add mochi icecream balls to their menu and get their booze license. Service was OK, not the best for a place that should be on top of their game because they just opened.
Not sure if I'll go back, but all-in-all my husband and I had a good time. - Kira, 03/11/2006
Fabulous place, great sushi, friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Love it, love it, love it. Do yourself a favor and visit... - sue, 03/10/2006
Had Dinner with my wife there last night. The Signature Maki Rolls were innovative and did not disappoint. The room was funky & fun - this is a great place and we're gonna add it to our dining out repertoire. - JAF, 02/27/2006
