Located in the Hotel Inter-Continental, this two-story dining area provides an interesting visual contrast to the hotel's traditional dcor. White ceilings and walls are minimally decorated; an open staircase, bold dining furniture, and humongous floor lamps provide the accents. The menu features cold and hot tapas such as a shrimp and scallop skewer served with gazpacho, and grilled octopus with artichoke hearts and navy beans. Main disnes ($24-$34) include Roasted Loin of Lamb with crusted almonds and ricotta cheese served with pan-fried polenta and pistou lamb jus, Sword Fish Medallions "A La Plancha" served with a comfit of parsnip anda coulis of green tomatillo with aromates, as well as chicken, duck, filet mignon, and other seafood options.
