The Beacon is a wonderful neighborhood tavern with a great beer selection and wonderful food. What really struck me though the night I went was the entertainment! The band was The Wild Ones ( http://www.thewildonesband.com ) a four piece Rock-a-billy outfit that blew me away! I didn't expect to see a band of this professional calliber whe have toured the world playing at a place like The Beacon Tap but I'm glad they did! The Beacon doesn't have a stage really, so bands just set up on the floor which makes for an intimate, personal performance, it was great fun!
