On August 22, 2003 my wife Myrna and myself dined at the Willow on Wagner. We found the food to be very good. The waitress was pleasant but hard to understand. Due to her thick accent, it made ordering somewhat interesting but she tried hard to please us. The atmosphere was quite nice and the food was reasonably priced. We will return. My husband took me to dinner for my birthday to Willow on Wagner. We were a bit surprised when we arrived becase it is located in such a quiet neighborhood. The food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, but the service was incredibley horrible. Our waitress was extremely rude and impatient. There was mistake with my order and instead of politely letting me know they would fix it, she just grabbed the plate, got mad at the cook, and started to rant about the mistake that was made. We did not feel very welcomed there and were grateful we are quick eaters because it got us out the restaurant and away from our waitress very quickly. We will not be returning because for the price we paid for dinner, we expected a better experience and the attitude the waitress had very much convinced us to never return. - Deborah Shields, 06/20/2001
