A seasonal menu features contemporary French and American cuisine, with foods prepared in an open kitchen that features a wood-burning oven. Dinner entrees ($21-$29) include Braised Aussie Lamb Shanks, Whipped Acorn Squash, and Natural Lamb Reduction, as well as Filet Mignon Steak Frites, Black Peppercorns, Natural Cabernet - Veal Reduction, and Maitre d'Hotel Butter.
