Innovative Japanese dishes and a full sushi bar. - sys, 12/26/1999
Spent 3 hours at the restaurant w/ 5 others. Finally took dinner order 1 hour into the fiasco. Dinner came about 1 hour later. The 2 sushi dinners came so late the others were almost done eating. Sushi is uncooked but it took 15 to 20 minutes longer to make than the warm dinners. The thing that upset us was couples were coming in later than us and were eating before us. The waiter never removed plates etc. from the table so I did it myself. He only asked once if we needed anything to drink. Apologies came after we requested to speak to the manager. Sorry was all we got out of her and then they billed us for salads that were included with the meals. Trying to make up for the tip they were not getting. Food was good but it is hard to have a good time when you have such bad service. - Lost customer 5-12-02, 05/13/2002
