The "Toro" has found a new home and although the original location had a very cozy, authentic feel, the new location doesn't leave much to be desired. Still run by the original owner, the staff has also pretty much remained the same giving you a real sense of family. The food has also remained just as authentic and the margaritas are M-M-M tasty! The mole is especially good! Outdoor seating in the summer and great Cinco-de-Mayo celebrations! - a long time client, 01/22/2008
The 533 E. Dundee location is LONG gone. The Jewel was rebuilt and the rest of shopping plaza was hit by the wrecking ball. The same phone number is now associated with El Toreo (note the omission of the second r) and is located at 383 W. Northwest Hwy in Palatine. - Palatine Resident, 04/24/2003
