You've got to be kidding me, right? First, let me start off by saying that I don't review a restaurant unless I want to warn others. I just came home from eating at el zarape. I live in chicago, and was visiting my boyfriend in the burbs. We ate here after I got off the train. If you want authentic mexican food, go to chicago. The food was like a tasteless tv dinner, after being reheated. The margaritas made me feel sick (premix maybe?) and the chips were really greasy and stale. I got the chicken taco salad and the meat was rubbery and the vegetables were stale. The waitress was sweet, but that was the only good thing about the place. - JD, 05/25/2007
