Our family loves Jakes pizza, and we have been going to this location for years. Recently I have been really disatisfied with the service. One day we went it was really busy, there were only 2 waitresses, and the manager just watched them, without helping, making our wait even longer. the last 2 times I have been there the waitress has spilled drinks on myself and/or my purse. both times she appoligized, but we the manager never came over to see if we were doing alright. I certainly wasn't I was wearing a pitcher of drinks. I really don't want to go back with that lack of neighborly care. - Dana, 06/20/2006
