Johnny's Place is a family owned burger & dog joint in Park Ridge. Having been a regular at this establishment for over 5 years I can tell you that anything ordered on the menu is above and beyond quality. The burgers are big, meaty and first rate. Their chicken and ribs(served Grecian or BBQ w/ fries, slaw and garlic bread) fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. The croissant sandwhiches have the cold cuts piled on at least a half inch thick. Most importantly, the prices are more than reasonable. You will see the proprieter Johnny in the back making the foods himself. His lovely wife (Mrs. Johnny as I like to call her) is charming and takes your order. Johnny's elderly mother calls off your numbe to come pick up your meal. Check them out. You wont be sorry. - Gerard Kaz, 12/05/2003
