We went there expecting it to be just like the one in Vernon Hills. While the food was good and service fair, the difference was clearly in the salad bar. The Schaumburg location lacks the breadth and quality of offerings that Vernon Hills has by a wide margin. It made a difference in overall comparative value. The menus aren't quite the same, either (where's the lasagna?) Still, the prices are reasonable and the taste is pretty good. If you have the luxury of choice, choose the VH location. If not, this location is a suitable second. - Stu, 07/08/2002
