Narra is a prime example of how to fail a business. The waitstaff was nowhere near properly trained. Our waiter didn't know the specials, couldn't tell me about the food itself and didn't know which side to serve from or which to take from. My Pellegrino was flat, my foie gras was the lowest grade I've ever tasted (I wouldn't feed it to my dog), the orange marmelade was extremely tart (I was told it would be mild), there were FLIES around the restaurant, my fiancee's salad was not fresh(the avocado was browning) and when I alerted the manager to these atrocities, he cut me off. I was told the foie gras was gratis. But there it was on my bill! I immediately asked to have it revised and to speak with the manager. I was told that he was busy-- he was outside taking a smoke! - Susan, 06/27/2005
