Recently I stopped at Nikobee's for their Sunday buffet. Upon entering the surroundings were pleasant, upon cream-colored walls hung ivy plants, the tables were clean, as well as the carpeting. I found the buffet area to be well-organized and easy to maneuver around. Links of sausage were very tasty, mild and lightly seasoned just enough not to overwhelm your tastebuds. Also enjoyable: broccoli and cheese with scrambled eggs; golden brown belgian waffles with choice of syrup and fruit toppings. The carved ham or lamb. Piping hot eggs benedict is also included, but must be ordered through the waitress. I was also impressed with the waiting staff. As I went for a second helping through the buffet line, upon returning the leftover dishes were picked up and the table left clean.
