I had "Mary's favorite" which was a filet steak sandwich. It melted in my mouth. To me, ever since eating the best steak in my life at Morton's, a steak is just a steak. This was a delightful, tasty surprise. I thought it was small, but I was full when done, and reasonably priced. - James M., 05/16/2007
All of my experiences at Silverado's have been satisfactory. It's a neighborhood joint that attracts the locals for everything from family night dinners to birthday or anniversaries parties. A major disappointment for our group of four. Our requests for water, coffee etc were frequently forgotten, or took an inordinate amount of time. They didn't have enough cheese for their featured soup, so that took forever. Two of our fillets mignon were cooked completely wrong. Both were ordered rare - one was almost raw on the inside and the other was very well done. Maybe they had a bad night, but I'll never go back there. - Bill, 09/29/2001
