I LOVE TATES! i am a kid and i always love to go to tates it is always my number one choice in ice cream shops. i would rather go to tates than oberweis or dairyqueen. their ice cream is creamy and rich but not so rich that you can't eat it all like coldstones ice cream. they have a wonderful assortment of toppings and a lot of different flavors. i always get mint chocolate chip in one of their waffle bowls with sprinkles or their coconut ice cream. this is absolutely the best ice cream you will ever taste! Very creamy and homemade right in the store on Front Street. Owners are quite nice and service is good. A very popular place because there is always a line of folks to get in. Their scoops are HUGE and prices are very reasonable. When you walk in, the aroma of homemade waffle cones is awesome!
